- LIGHTWEIGHT DURABILITY: Aircraft-grade aluminum weights less than 2 lbs. Easy carry and storage. It supports up to 242 lbs (110 kg) and is available in three heights: 32.2" for users 5'0" to 5'4", 33.4" for users 5'5" to 5'9", and 34.6" for users 5'10" to 6'1". What should I know before purchasing?
Please refer to the size chart and choose based on your situation. Stop using or purchasing the product if you find it challenging to (1) maintain a comfortable and stable sitting balance or (2) sit down or stand up and need assistance from others.
Can I sit comfortably in this chair?
Kindly Reminder: 300LB Weight Capacity. The seat height is fixed at 19.6 in (50cm) for all sizes and the seat is relatively small compared to an ordinary chair. It is mainly for a short rest after a long period of walking or standing.
Why are the people in the product pictures sitting backwards with the handle in front? Can I sit in a different way?
Our design requires the sitting position shown in the pictures. This is to ensure stable use and prevent the risk of falling. The chair has an ergonomic design, as you can feel the flexibility while sitting down.
Is it TSA approved as a carry on?
It's suitable for traveling and serves as a portable cane chair when you tired but can't find a seat. It's advisable to contact the airline without any issues, as the regulations and policies can vary between different airlines.
What should be considered about the weight of the product?
Our product is designed with strong, lightweight, and durable materials; however, it is relatively heavier compared to standard canes as ours is equipped with a seat for use.
